INSURED SHIPMENT

To guarantee fast deliveries we rely on the best Express Couriers, we use different Couriers depending on the destination of the package. Shipping charges can be viewed in the Shopping Basket, and will be automatically added to your Order’s total during checkout and will be charged during the Payment phase. Nothing will need to be paid to the Courier at the time of Delivery.

NOT INSURED SHIPMENT

Precious Components store offers the option of using uninsured economic shipment. The shipping cost will be in your cart and will be added to the order total during the purchase process and will be charged upon your payment. Nothing will then be due to the courier at the time of delivery. Precious Components is under no circumstances responsible for the non-arrival of the goods to the destination. We will hel you to contact the forwarding agent used to facilitate the finding of the lost parcel.

EXTRA-CEE SHIPMENT

International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes collected once the shipment arrives in your country. The additional costs for customs clearance shall be paid by the consignee; We do not control these costs and we can not predict them. For more information, contact your local customs office.

Order Processing

Orders will be processed from Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 16:30 (GMT+1). The orders confirmed after 15:30 (GMT+1) on Fridays, will be processed the following Monday. 
Orders for items in stock will be Dispatched in 3 working days from the receipt of the payment.

SAFE PAYMENTS BY BANK TRANSFER AND CREDIT CARDS

Precious Components On-line Shop accepts the following payment methods: Credit Card and Bank Transfer. The payment method can be chosen during the Checkout at the final stage of your order.
Payment in cash is not a valid payment method; cash delivered personally or posted will not be accepted.
Please Note: this Online Shop operates in the EU and all transactions are carried out in Euro (unless otherwise stated).

1. Credit Cards

In the Precious Component On-line shop only the Major Credit cards are accepted: VISA and MASTER CARD.
Payments are made through a secure server (SSL) with a 128-encryption key.
With this method, all of your credit cards details are transmitted directly to the bank entrusted with the collection of the payment, through a secure encrypted connection. Nobody from Precious Components or from the Internet will have access to your credit card details, neither at the time of the order nor at a later stage. In your Bank Statement, you will find a charge with the following description: 'Precious Components'.
The payment amount will be charged as soon as Precious Components processes the Order.

2. Bank Transfer

If Bank transfer has been chosen as payment method, the customer will use the bank details included in the order confirmation email and will specify the Order Confirmation Number, received via email, in the Bank Transfer payment instructions. The orders will be shipped as soon as the payment will be confirmed.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SALES

Due to the nature of the Metal traded and the Metal's price fluctuations, and because this App is focused on B2B, returns or substitutions unless agreed in advanced with the Precious Customer Service. Once the returned has been accepted the User should:

1. Communicate to the at the following email address order@pcomponent.it specifying in your email: order number, items ( number, details, etc.) you would like to return;

2. Items must be unused and not damaged;

3. Items must be retuned intact at the following address:
